Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, pepper, and green onions. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the Ritz cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving the ritzy chicken casserole.
