Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- Measure rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into the mixing glass for Classic Rye Manhattan.
- Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
- Rinse an old-fashioned glass with absinthe and discard excess for Sazerac.
- In a separate glass, muddle sugar cube with bitters.
- Add rye whiskey and ice, stir well.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Place sugar cube in a rocks glass and add bitters for Rye Old Fashioned.
- Muddle sugar and bitters until combined.
- Add rye whiskey and stir gently.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
