Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corbina fish eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, gently combine corbina fish eggs with garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the marinated corbina eggs to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, gently stirring to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook until the eggs are opaque and slightly firm, without browning.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
