Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Make a well in the center and pour in warm water and olive oil.
- Mix with a wooden spoon until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and rosemary.
- In another bowl, combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small pieces (about 1-inch).
- Dip each piece in the butter mixture, then roll in the cheese blend.
- Layer the pieces in the prepared bundt pan.
- Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check for doneness by tapping the pan; it should sound hollow.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
