Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in warm water and olive oil.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon until a rough dough forms.
  4. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and rosemary.
  7. In another bowl, combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small pieces (about 1-inch).
  10. Dip each piece in the butter mixture, then roll in the cheese blend.
  11. Layer the pieces in the prepared bundt pan.
  12. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the top.
  13. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  14. Check for doneness by tapping the pan; it should sound hollow.
  15. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
