Ingredients:
- 2 cups leftover stuffing (pre-cooked)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, Parmesan cheese, sage, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This helps the mixture firm up.
- Grease the waffle iron with a bit of oil or non-stick spray. Spoon the mixture onto the hot waffle iron and close the lid. Cook until golden brown and crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove waffles carefully and serve warm with poached eggs and your choice of sauce.
