Ingredients:

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing (pre-cooked)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the flour, Parmesan cheese, sage, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This helps the mixture firm up.
  5. Grease the waffle iron with a bit of oil or non-stick spray. Spoon the mixture onto the hot waffle iron and close the lid. Cook until golden brown and crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
  6. Remove waffles carefully and serve warm with poached eggs and your choice of sauce.
