Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces (120 ml) Ginger Ale (chilled)
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) Grenadine Syrup
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries (with stems)
  • Optional: Orange Slice or Lime Wedge, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill the ginger ale and glass for best results.
  2. Fill the highball glass with ice.
  3. Pour the grenadine syrup over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour the chilled ginger ale into the glass, leaving a little room at the top.
  5. Use a bar spoon or straw to gently stir the mixture, ensuring the grenadine is evenly distributed.
  6. Add the maraschino cherries (and optional orange slice or lime wedge) to the glass.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
