  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh lemon juice

  • 1 pinch (0.2g) Cracked black pepper
  • 1 pinch (0.1g) Red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Toast your bread slice until it is mahogany-colored and firm to the touch. If using a skillet, heat butter over medium heat and grill each side for 2 minutes until a crisp, golden crust forms.
  2. In a small bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh. Use a fork to mash the fruit until it reaches your desired consistency, leaving some chunks for texture. Stir in the lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper until the mixture is uniform and bright.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture generously over the warm toast, ensuring it reaches the edges. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a hit of heat.
