- 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 g) ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and shred the cooked chicken if not already shredded.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well mixed.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and spread it evenly.
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours until bubbly and heated through.
