  • 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and shred the cooked chicken if not already shredded.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Once cooked, stir the dip and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm.
