Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and season with salt to taste.
  2. In another bowl, mix together sour cream and buttermilk until well combined. Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well until fully incorporated and add a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Divide each sauce into airtight containers for storage or serving.
