Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and season with salt to taste.
- In another bowl, mix together sour cream and buttermilk until well combined. Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well until fully incorporated and add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Divide each sauce into airtight containers for storage or serving.
