Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar.
- Whisk together until smooth and fully combined.
- Add sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
