Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon (2 g) smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Use as a dip, spread, or drizzle over your favorite dishes.
