Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers along with adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Using a whisk or spatula, mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
- Sample the mayo and add salt or more chipotle if desired, mixing well after each addition.
- For best flavor, let the chipotle mayo chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Transfer the mayo to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
