  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) smoked paprika (optional for extra smokiness)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and finely chopped chipotle peppers with some adobo sauce.
  2. Stir in fresh lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
  3. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are fully combined and the mayonnaise is evenly colored.
  4. Taste the mayonnaise and add salt as needed or adjust the chipotle for desired spiciness.
  5. Transfer the mayonnaise to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
