  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2-3 medium jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: additional jalapeño slices or herbs

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop jalapeños, chives, and cilantro. Mince the garlic.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and buttermilk (if using).
  4. Fold in the chopped jalapeños, garlic, chives, and cilantro.
  5. Add salt and pepper as needed, adjusting the seasoning to your preference.
