Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix.
  2. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the pudding mixture evenly.
  6. Arrange a layer of banana slices over the pudding.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Sprinkle half of the crunch layer over the strawberries.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining pudding mixture, banana slices, strawberries, finishing with the remaining crunch layer.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
