  • 1 cup (110g) dry roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 cup (100g) mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup (120g) dried cranberries
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (60g) raisins

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure nuts are fresh. Optionally, lightly toast raw almonds and cashews in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Combine the nuts, pretzels, dried fruit, and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Using a wide spatula, gently fold the ingredients together to ensure an even distribution without breaking the chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10 individual snack bags or a large airtight canister and seal immediately to maintain crispness.
