- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (60g) raisins
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and ensure nuts are fresh. Optionally, lightly toast raw almonds and cashews in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine the nuts, pretzels, dried fruit, and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
- Using a wide spatula, gently fold the ingredients together to ensure an even distribution without breaking the chocolate chips.
- Divide the mixture into 10 individual snack bags or a large airtight canister and seal immediately to maintain crispness.
