Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) ketchup
- 1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) onion powder
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Whisk everything together until the ingredients are well blended and a smooth glaze forms.
- If desired, heat the glaze in a saucepan over low heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
- Brush half of the glaze over the prepared meatloaf before baking, reserving the rest for later.
- Bake the meatloaf until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C), about 45 minutes. Halfway through, brush with the remaining glaze.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
