Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500g) ripe seedless grapes, washed and stems removed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the grapes, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture to remove solids. Discard solids and transfer the liquid to a bowl.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the liquid for at least 2 hours until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the chilled grape mixture into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional hour to firm up, if desired.
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy immediately.
