Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle adobo sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Stir in lime juice and white vinegar until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
  4. Gradually mix in chipotle adobo sauce to taste, adjusting for spiciness.
  5. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve as a dip, drizzler, or spread!
