Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle adobo sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Stir in lime juice and white vinegar until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
- Gradually mix in chipotle adobo sauce to taste, adjusting for spiciness.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve as a dip, drizzler, or spread!
