Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium fresh jalapeño, seeds removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the jalapeño, removing seeds for less heat.
- In the blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, chopped jalapeño, white vinegar, lime juice, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary (add more sugar for sweetness or more jalapeño for heat).
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
