Ingredients:
- 12 large jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 12 slices of bacon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the jalapeños and remove the seeds and membranes (wear gloves if sensitive to spice).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth.
- Use a pastry bag or spoon to fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
- Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each stuffed jalapeño, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños tender.
- Cool slightly before serving.
