Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • 6 oz (180 ml) High-quality Bloody Mary mix (store-bought)
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Vodka (or Gin for a Red Snapper)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Hot sauce
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Garnish: Celery stalk, lime wedge, olives, pickled onions, bacon strip

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass or mason jar with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker (or directly in the glass), combine Bloody Mary mix, vodka (or gin), lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  3. Add celery salt and black pepper. If using a shaker, shake gently for about 10 seconds. If mixing directly in the glass, stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning (more hot sauce? More lime?).
  5. Garnish with celery stalk, lime wedge, olives, pickled onions, bacon strip, whatever your heart desires!
