Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of paprika (optional)
- 2 New England-style top-split hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Gently combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to overmix.
- Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter.
- Lightly toast the inside of the rolls in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Spoon the lobster mixture evenly into each roll.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
