  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain yogurt (Greek or regular) - Optional
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) chia seeds - Optional
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup, honey, or other sweetener to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, add the rolled oats, milk, yogurt (if using), chia seeds (if using), sweetener, and salt.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Seal the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Before serving, give the mixture a good stir. Add your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or spices.
