- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Finely dice the yellow onion and grate the garlic. Ensure the aromatics are minced small enough to distribute evenly without providing a sharp bite.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup. Whisk steadily until the color is a uniform, pale salmon pink.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and optional cayenne pepper. Whisk until the texture is glossy and smooth.
