  • 2 tbsp Yellow Onion, very finely minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated or pasted
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice the yellow onion and grate the garlic. Ensure the aromatics are minced small enough to distribute evenly without providing a sharp bite.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup. Whisk steadily until the color is a uniform, pale salmon pink.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and optional cayenne pepper. Whisk until the texture is glossy and smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the slightly drained sweet pickle relish and minced onions using a spatula to maintain textural contrast.
