  • 10 oz sashimi-grade Ahi tuna
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Place the chilled tuna block on a cutting board and slice into 1/4-inch thick rectangles against the grain.
  2. Arrange the tuna slices in a single, slightly overlapping layer on a chilled platter and sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, lime juice, toasted sesame oil, grated ginger, and honey until the dressing is glossy and emulsified.
  4. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the tuna slices immediately before serving.
  5. Garnish the platter with toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and radish rounds.
