Instructions:
- Place the chilled tuna block on a cutting board and slice into 1/4-inch thick rectangles against the grain.
- Arrange the tuna slices in a single, slightly overlapping layer on a chilled platter and sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, lime juice, toasted sesame oil, grated ginger, and honey until the dressing is glossy and emulsified.
- Drizzle the dressing evenly over the tuna slices immediately before serving.
- Garnish the platter with toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and radish rounds.
