- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the loaf pan, shaping it to fit snugly.
- Refrigerate the meatloaf for 30 minutes to help it hold its shape.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard until smooth.

- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
