Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pickle juice. Whisk until smooth; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add flour; whisk for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with garlic powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, hot sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Transfer each sauce to small serving bowls and enjoy with burgers, fries, or sandwiches!
