Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (2 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 g)
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (5 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (120 g)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (12 g)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (5 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise for the Classic Ranch.
  2. Add chopped chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced chipotle peppers for the Spicy Chipotle.
  4. Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, and season with salt. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika for the Tangy BBQ.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Ensure each sauce is well-mixed. Adjust seasoning as necessary for your taste preference.
  8. Place each sauce into airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
