Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (2 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 g)
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (30 g)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (5 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup (120 g)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (12 g)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (5 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise for the Classic Ranch.
- Add chopped chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced chipotle peppers for the Spicy Chipotle.
- Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, and season with salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika for the Tangy BBQ.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Ensure each sauce is well-mixed. Adjust seasoning as necessary for your taste preference.
- Place each sauce into airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
