- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 g)
- 1 tablespoon finely diced onions (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar (5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (4 g)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup (120 g)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (30 g)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (5 ml)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon finely diced onions, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk together until smooth and well-blended. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Stir until uniform and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons sriracha.
- Add 1 teaspoon lime juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper (if using), then mix well.
- Transfer each sauce into airtight containers.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
