Ingredients:

  • 24 Double Stuf Oreo Cookies
  • 24 6-inch Lollipop sticks
  • 12 oz high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp refined coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Valentine's themed sprinkles
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Carefully twist open each Oreo. Dip 1/2 inch of the lollipop stick into your melted chocolate glue. Lay the stick in the center of the cream-filled half and press the top cookie back on.
  2. Place the assembled cookies on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes to lock the stick in place and ensure a clean coating.
  3. Stir the refined coconut oil into your melted white chocolate until it is fluid and glossy.
  4. Holding the stick, plunge the cold cookie vertically into the chocolate until fully submerged. Lift straight up and gently tap your wrist to remove excess chocolate.
  5. While the coating is still tacky, apply Valentine’s themed sprinkles or optional dark chocolate drizzle.
