Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup ketchup.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and all the spices: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  4. If desired, add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for depth of flavor.
  5. Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
  6. For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container for serving and storage.
