Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and all the spices: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- If desired, add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for depth of flavor.
- Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
- For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer to an airtight container for serving and storage.
