  • Optional: Pinch of sugar to taste

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and measures.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise as the base.
  3. Whisk in sriracha until fully combined.
  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Whisk again until smooth.
  5. If desired, stir in a pinch of sugar for added balance.
  6. Let the mayo sit in the fridge for 30 minutes for flavors to meld (not mandatory).
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
