Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into quarters through the core.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the cabbage is evenly coated.
- Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the edges are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove the cabbage from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
