Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into quarters through the core.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the cabbage is evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the edges are golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove the cabbage from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
