  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) dried dill weed
  • 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 g) ghost pepper, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in apple cider vinegar to enhance flavor and acidity.
  4. Add minced garlic, chives, parsley, and dill. Mix until well combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the chopped ghost pepper, starting with 1 teaspoon and adjusting to your heat preference.
