Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp (45ml) pure maple syrup
- 3 to 4 tbsp (25-35g) coconut flour
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Stir vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and the syrup is fully incorporated.
- Add the coconut flour one tablespoon at a time. Fold the flour into the wet mixture until a soft, non-sticky dough forms that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms using firm pressure to create 10 uniform spheres.
