Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) pure maple syrup
  • 3 to 4 tbsp (25-35g) coconut flour

Instructions:

  1. Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Stir vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and the syrup is fully incorporated.
  2. Add the coconut flour one tablespoon at a time. Fold the flour into the wet mixture until a soft, non-sticky dough forms that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms using firm pressure to create 10 uniform spheres.
