Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread (1/2 inch thick)
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz Cooked Turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • Fresh Thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Place the bread, butter-side down, in a cold skillet or griddle.
  3. Evenly distribute turkey over two slices of bread. Top with cranberry sauce, then brie slices.
  4. Turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey. Cover the pan with a lid or baking sheet if needed to help the cheese melt faster.
  5. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh thyme (optional).
