Ingredients:
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread (1/2 inch thick)
- 4 oz Brie Cheese, sliced
- 8 oz Cooked Turkey, sliced or shredded
- 1/4 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter, softened
- Fresh Thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place the bread, butter-side down, in a cold skillet or griddle.
- Evenly distribute turkey over two slices of bread. Top with cranberry sauce, then brie slices.
- Turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey. Cover the pan with a lid or baking sheet if needed to help the cheese melt faster.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh thyme (optional).
