Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, soaking for about 15-20 seconds per side, ensuring it’s saturated but not falling apart.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
