About Me:

Born into a Californian family where cooking was synonymous with sharing, 

Théa Rosewood discovered her culinary passion in the sunny cuisine of her grandmother. 

After a career in corporate marketing, she left everything five years ago to follow her true vocation: create accessible and tasty recipes that bring people together. 

Based in San Diego, Théa develops recipes in her personal cuisine, favoring ingredients and equipment accessible to all. 

His "mindful" approach to the kitchen combines traditional technical and contemporary innovations. Beyond her blog Fr.Lelécipe.com, Théa leads seasonal culinary workshops, explores local farmers and constantly experiments with new fermentation projects. It regularly contributes to various gastronomic publications and is actively involved in community food education programs, promoting culinary literacy and sustainable cooking practices.
